(i) Implementation of provisions related to forfeiture of properties under the Smugglers and Foreign Exchange Manipulators (Forfeiture of Property) Act, 1976 and Narcotics Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985.
(ii) Administration, Management & Disposal of properties covered under the provisions of the Smugglers and Foreign Exchange Manipulators (Forfeiture of Property) Act, 1976 and Narcotics Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985.
(iii) Providing training to officers from enforcement agencies under Narcotics Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act in the field of forfeiture of property under the Act. |
