1. Recording of reasons is to be completed within one month of completion of enquiry.
2. Issue of show cause notice is done within two weeks of recording of reasons.
3. After final hearing, as far as possible, the order is passed within one month of the final hearing.
4. Possession of forfeited properties against which no appeal is pending shall be taken within one month of the last date on which such appeal would have been filed/or within one month of dismissal of final appeal if any filed.
5. Under Narcotics Drugs & Psychotropic Substances Act, the administration of properties seized shall be taken over within one month of dismissal of final appeal against confirmation order of seizure. |
